Do I need a GP referral?
No. Every service is available privately, without a referral. Start with the symptom or the question and a pharmacist will guide you from there.
How quickly will I get blood test results?
Most panels are back within 48 hours. Your pharmacist goes through the results with you and explains what they mean in plain English.
Is weight management supervised?
Yes. GLP-1 programmes start with an eligibility check, a private prescription from our in-house prescriber, then ongoing clinical review and dietary support.
