  • Health data: information you provide during consultations, prescriptions, clinical history (special category data under UK GDPR Article 9)

We do not collect payment card data directly. Any payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors.

We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Clinical / prescription records: minimum 8 years from last entry (NHS/GPhC requirement)
  • Contact form enquiries: 2 years, then securely deleted
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default) — only collected with consent

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data (Subject Access Request)
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure— “right to be forgotten” where processing is no longer necessary
  • Restriction — limit how we use your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object — to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
